At the time of booking, you will select your picnic vibe and location as well as charcuterie preferences. The day of, our team arrives an hour before your picnic to set-up so everything is perfect once you arrive. After picnic-ing for 2 hours, we will text you to confirm you are finished and will take care of the rest!

We offer picnics staring at 8:00am and all the way up until 7:00 pm . Our RISE AND SHINE morning picnics include more of a breakfast spread including coffee or tea, pastries/cheeses/fruit rather than the classic charcuterie items. 

Where Can I Have a Picnic?

We can host a picnic pretty much anywhere! In a park, on the beach, any lake, your own backyard and even hotel rooms! Currently we are popping up our classic picnics in Central Florida. (Custom picnics may be outside of Polk County). A $100 Roundtrip Travel & Cleanup Fee will apply within 1 hour of driving to the beach and so on. Make sure to specify your desired location when booking. Our team may reach out to you for further details to ensure a seamless picnic experience. 

Want to throw a baby shower? Birthday party? Engagement? Let's do it! We love to curate events that are custom to your needs. Whether its a party for 2 or 30, we are your picnic people! 


Although alcohol/wine/champagne are not provided, it is highly suggested that you bring a bottle with you! (Confirm the location you have chosen allows alcohol on the premises). We provide sparkling water and non-alcoholic mixed drinks with every picnic! 

Our picnic packages are designed and priced according to the number of guests attending. Classic picnics can accommodate up to 6, so make sure you select the proper sized picnic when booking to ensure we plan place settings and charcuterie appropriately! If you would like to add a few more guests, they are $35 each adult and child over the age of 3.

If you plan to leave the picnic early, please notify us by phone or text at least 15-30 minutes prior to departure to allow our team members adequate time to return to the site so the picnic is not left unattended. You are responsible for the picnic items until staff is able to return. 

If you are enjoying your picnic so much that you would like to extend your time, our team will do their best to accommodate pending there is not another picnic scheduled immediately afterwards. Extensions are $35 per 30 minutes. Please text the number your "day of confirmation" is sent to as soon as possible to check if extensions are available for your picnic.

We understand accidents happen, so in the case of a considerable spill that requires extensive cleaning, a fee of $15 may be charged

We live in Florida, so the weather can change at any moment. In the case of inclement weather, your picnic may be rescheduled for another available time. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. All sales are final.
